About Lauren Daley
I have worked for nearly 20 years in the Architecture and Construction Industry overseeing large scale development projects from schematic design through construction administration. I founded Daley Architecture in 2022 after working at several award-winning architectural firms.
As a solo practitioner, I can offer personal attention at every level while working with my clients, consultants, and contractors. I bring approachable and enthusiastic energy to projects along with valuable professional knowledge and experience.
Throughout my career as a licensed architect I have gained experience in complex architectural design, community engagement, building systems, jurisdictional processes, permit approvals, construction, LEED projects, development financing, and affordable and historic tax credit projects. My project list is extensive including: affordable housing, historic adaptive reuse, commercial core and shell, commercial tenant improvement, healthcare, hospitality, straw bale, and single family residential. I value community involvement and I’ve served as an Affordable Housing Commissioner for the City of Loveland, CO.
The relationships I build along the way are as important to me as the building themselves, no matter how big or small. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to explore how I can be of service.
