801 CLAY - HISTORIC VICKSBURG HOTEL

801 Clay is a mixed-use historic adaptive reuse project in Vicksburg, MS utilizing Historic Tax credits.  The project will have at least 72 senior living units with services provided to the residents and community.  The building is within walking distance to downtown, which is currently undergoing a revitalization.  Construction is planned to begin in 2026.
