Feasibility, or “fit” studies, are an excellent way for clients to test the practicality and envision the potential for a future development they are considering.  Information provided is tailored to each particular project and the developer’s needs, but typically will include unit counts, program square footages, building massing based on building codes and local jurisdictional regulations, site layout, will point out any red flags.
