THE ROSE ON COLFAX

The Rose on Colfax is an 82 unit affordable family-oriented project located in Denver, CO. The ground floor is occupied by an early childhood education center (ECE). Services will be provided by Mercy Housing for all residents and wrap-around services will be provided to the children attending the ECE and their families.
